Planning for the next Ex-seminar in 2024 has already begun.

Learn about the latest status of directives / norms / standards related to explosion protection in our seminar at Warberg Castle in Elm 2024.

The focal points of the seminar are

• Introduction to the topic “Explosion protection”
• Experimental demonstrations
• Legal regulations / provisions / EC directives (international, national, types of protection, zoning, test procedures, marking) in particular RL2014/34/EU – “ATEX 114”.
• Areas of application of ex-protected industrial trucks and other equipment
• Explosion protection on batteries – maintenance-free battery systems
• Protective measures on the MIAG units in practice
  Maintenance / servicing of explosion-protected industrial trucks
• Experience in the operation of explosion-protected industrial trucks
• Legal regulations, in particular Directive 1999/92/EC – “ATEX 137
• Visit to the MIAG Fahrzeugbau GmbH in Braunschweig

Experts from the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt will also be available for the discussions.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel the 30th Ex-Seminar, so the seminar’s anniversary will be postponed to 2025!

The 30th Ex-Seminar will take place on June 19th and 20th, 2024, at Burg Warberg. We look forward to welcoming you back to Burg Warberg next year!
